Flythere4less Solar Tours Left us Stranded for Our Flight to Barcelona and meeting our cruise, Internet

We booked a flight to Barcelona for a cruise. Our first flight via Frontier Airlines had mechanical problems and we were not able to get to Atlanta in time for the flight Flythere4Less booked for us to Barcelona. We called Flythere4Less and they told us we would have to cancel the trip or lose the entire cost of the trip. They told us they would charge us another $600 to cancel. We tried to rebook with them and they didn't have any "bulk" tickets (we later found out that they buy bulk tickets). Air France and Delta Airlines, who the flights were booked with refused to talk with us or try to rebook because we had not used them and kept redirecting us back to FlyThere4Less.

Finally, after flying to Atlanta without tickets to Barcelona, and no refund in sight because the Airlines had no idea what we paid for the tickets and didn't work with us, and after 10 phone calls to FlyThere4Less, they called us and found us "bulk" tickets to Barcelona for the next day -- 24 hours later. We missed our two days in Barcelona and were stuck in Atlanta and FlyThere4Less charged us an additional $600 to rebook the flight. I recommend not purchasing from FlyThere4Less or Solar Tours because no one will honor the tickets if you purchase them from this company.

The airlines will not even talk to you on the telephone or in person at the airport. Additionally, if this company cannot get their hands on more "bulk" tickets, you can't get to your destination. They basically didn't have tickets for another flight and we flew to Atlanta blindly not knowing if we would get to Spain for our cruise. We were also told it may take 6 weeks to have our credit card credited back for the amount less the $600 for the cancellation.

It appears that everyone we talked to at FlyThere4Less is from a Country like China. There was a huge language barrier, and it was difficult to break through the language differences.

Use a reputable company where you will be able to re-book or where they can find you another flight immediately to accommodate an emergency of this nature.
