FMU Brandon FL, Tampa, FL Big Ripoff! Anyone know what is happening with the class action lawsuit? Tampa Florida

I am another ex-student of the so called school FMU now known as Everest. I have incurred a debt of over 13,000.Now I live in NYC and I will begin school on Jan 09. I really doubt the University is going to except any of my credits. I will know within the next few weeks. I'm so angry and frustrated, like many other students I have to start all over. In part, I am at fault for not taking the I time to check the accreditation. At the time, I was young and excited on beginning a journey no one in my family had ever took(college). I really wish I had the guidance and support from them, but I can't blame them! Unfortunately, all I have now is a worthless degree and a huge debt. I tried a while back to contact a lawyer in Tampa but they have not gotten back to me. If anyone has any information on what is going on or what I can do please let me know!
