Food Lovers Fat Loss System Warning!!! Once they get their claws into your bank account they never let go! Internet

It's all about the money for them - namely how much they can take you for before you wise up. I purchased the Premium package which includes a jumble of confusing booklets and 3 months of the online program. The books are a giant waste of money, trying to follow the Food Lovers program with them is a joke. It feels like they were desperate to try to make it look like a comprehensive program but what they came up with was an overly complicated product that makes little sense. It will gather dust in some corner simply because throwing away anything that cost $175 is hard to do. Even something as worthless as this.
The 3 months of the Online Program turned into a year because buried in a very big paragraph with very small print they tell you they are going to keep on charging you - as if the first $175.00 wasn't enough! They charge $60 every three months! Thats double what I paid for Weight Watchers online and Weight Watchers was ten times better!
After three months I was suddenly locked out of the Online program and I foolishly assumed my 3 month trial was over. Nearly a year later my husband asked me why Food Lovers was STILL charging us. I was shocked to discover that I'd paid another $180 for something I couldn't even use!
I called customer service and explained the problem, thinking that they would refund the $180 since I hadn't been able to use it. Oh no. The representative asked for my old user name and password and after putting me on hold for five minutes she said my account was free and clear, she had no idea why I hadn't been able to log in. Seriously? As if I hadn't tried dozens of times. She also stated that since it showed I had logged into the Online program in 2015 she wouldn't be able to give me a refund. Again, seriously? I'd bought the system late in December of 2014, my three months didn't end until March of 2015. She could clearly see I hadn't logged in to the Online Program in 9 whole months!
But all they care about is getting their claws into your bank account with their continuous billing system. I spent $355 for a program that doesn't work. Don't be fooled by the advertisement that makes it sound like you can eat whatever food you want as long as it is properly balanced. For one, its overly complicated. Two, food portions are very small, impossible to maintain for life. Three, trying to balance food to meet their criteria is tough and you often end up with a meal that makes no sense because they want high amounts of protein in every meal. Great in theory, but tough to accomplish in real life.
