Foreclosurestore.com took unauthorize funds from account, will not return Internet

On October 14, 2008, I search the web for foreclosure homes. I came across the web site foreclosurestore.com for some information on homes in my area. They had a 7-day free trial offer, which that wasn't free, they took a $1.00 fee on my account, which I wasn't worried about. Within the 7-day free trial period, I've canceled my subscription on the 6th day, October 20, 2008 before the preiod was up.To cancel, you can send an email as they instructed or call, I chosed to send an email thinking it would be faster, so I sent an email to cancel my subscription so I will not be charge a monthly fee of $79.99. It was instructed that if you cancel your subscription before the 7-day free trial the fee will not apply. Like I said before, I canceled, but still got charged. When I discovered the charge on my account, I called customer service to try to settle this matter, they told me to send proof of my email cancellation, then they will return my money back to my account. Here it is, November 8, 2008 and still no monies returned. I'm reporting this matter because I tried to try to resolve this issue with this service and they are not complying. They told me it would take up to 4 weeks before I will see my money back on my account, which is bogus. It didn't take 4 weeks to take it out of my account, so why I do have to wait. Please help, before someone else become a victim of this company. I need my money now. Thank You!
