Franchise Tax Board Lucifer Franchise Devil Tax Satan Board... illegally went into my savings account two times in trying to steal $485.00 Sacramento California

I filed for my 2016 State Income Tax Refund on April 14, 2017 with H&R Block. On page 7 it read "Total Tax $485.00" While wanting for my State Income Tax Refund. I went to withdraw $100.00 from my savings account on May 06, 2017; and come to notice that Franchise Tax Board tried to withdraw this $485.00 on May 03, 2017 and May 05, 2017; that also cost me $30.00 a piece on both these dates in trying to take this $485.00 Lost $60.00 due to Insufficient Funds.

When I wrote to Franchise Tax Board about this issue and sending my proof along with it. I was mailed a letter from FTB saying that the $485.00 was for Total Tax Liability. Which was a flatout lie. I then sent FTB a copy of page 7 from my H&R Block state tax that read "Total Tax" not Total Tax Liability. Franchise Tax Board illegally added in this word "Liability" After Total Tax, making it read "Total Tax Liability". Today I had not received my 2016 State Income Tax Refund. I like to request from someone that went through an EXPERIENCE like this from Franchise Tax Board, just what legal civil lawsuit action I must take towards this WHITE COLLAR CRIME that was caused by Franchise Tax Board; which was crimes of Fraud, Forgery and Conspiracy, Etc.

Now I had filed for my 2017 State Income Tax Refund on February 09, 2018. I hadn't heard from them yet, but I don't have no idea what they may do next? Bottom-line, just What are the FBI and the Department of Justice doing about these White Collar Crime Criminals?

That's why I named them "Lucifer Franchise Devil Tax Satan Board" Because as the Holy Bible says "The Devil come to Steal, Lie and Cheat!" and that's exactly what Franchise Tax Board Do. And May Almighty God Rebuke all of you for doing and mistreating California State Taxpayer's like this?
