Freedom Gold- Distinct Advantage Knew bank information and maliciously stole from my account Ripoff St. Petersburg Florida

Freedom Gold/Distinct Advantaged called my phone everyday at 8 am. Groggily, I answered the phone on the third attempt and they claimed to be a Bank of America representative.

The telemarketer was nice and aggressive extracting the knowledge she needed in order to maliciously charge my account. She knew all my information routing number, name, and where I lived, everything! She said I have been luckily selected to receive free bonuses such as gas vouchers. I am currently a college student with hardly any funds to my name, and this sounded good to me (I though it was a nice bonus for banking with Bank of America. Recently, Freedom Gold charged my account $149. Unaware of the event, I went to 3 locations and spent minute amounts of money totaling $26.65. As a result, $93 plus another $19 was charged in back draft fees equaling $119.

They sent information to my home address and I am currently at college not receiving any information (not wanting to either). I called a representative and he said to write a letter with the appropriate information in order to receive a refund. I had -161.46 in my account needing food, gas and other necessities. Finally, my mother noticed the incident and transferred $300 to my account. Distinct Advantage charged my account $59.95, leaving my account in bad shape. I decided to research and saw others having this problem, and wanted to get this information out there to help any one else. Furthermore, I wanted to be contacted if someone needs further witnesses in taking them down. I am still fighting this hopefully, getting some answers when I go to Bank of America tomorrow.
