Freedom Resources rip-off Woodstock Georgia

It pretty much went the same way that eveyone else is explaining about this company. They called my wife up and offered her a $2500 credit line for a fee of $221. We have had some credit problems in the past and don't have a credit card for renting cars or hotels and to use when we get in a bind, so without my knowledge me wife set up an EFT to have the $$ taken out on Oct 18, 2002.

The EFT was performed and I was upset when this showed up in my accout and checks were bouncing. I confronted my wife about it and she told me. Well after I cooled down and got eveything kind of back in order with our finances maybe this wasn't to bad of an idea since we were going on vacation for the Holidays. Well 2 months went by and about 4 hours in long distance calls to this company will nothing but attitude from its customer reps we were finally able to get a refund paper in the mail to get our $221 back, we come to find out they also want to charge a $24.95 restocking fee.

It is now Jan and no refund and no package, this $221 had turned my financial life into a turmoil of arguments and disconnect notices. Does this sound like it is helping me rebuilding my credit?

Is there any way we can get our $$ back or sue the living @!#$% out of these guys. I feel very violated and will not answer my phone unless the caller ID says it is some one I know.
