FreedomPop take money no service. Other

The 1st time I tried freedompop was 2 yrs ago. The service worked well until I left them for a year and returned a yr later. Out of 3 sim cards only 2 was delivered.  none of them worked. I ordered another waited and waited it never came. I called and was put on hold for 30 mins. I called back and was hung up on. One more call I got someone and explained my problem. The person told me that my sim card couldn't be delivered and the excuse didn't make any sense at all. I only got  99 cents back for all my  trouble.  Sept.2018  I decided to give them another try  Sim card came  in  8 days but it also don't work. Sent a support ticket in  waited 48 hrs reply from them was a request for my phone imei sent that in. Still no response from them as of yet. I would stay away from this company a total rip off.
