They put their name "Free Score 360"

They Huge letter (Size 48) on top of their ad, "Receive Complimentary Credit Score".  That impress visitor service is Free.

But, they Using small Letters (Size 12) list "Free with 7 days ScoreSince Trial".  Most people ignore it, even if they read it. because it didn't mention money!

OK, you click "Get Yours Now"

Immediately, You will see Huge Letters (Size 32)"View your Free Credit Score".  One More time, you are comfirmed this is a free service. But, there is a fine line of black letters (size 10) tell you:

"Free 7-Day trial when you order your 3 Free Credit Scores. Membership is then just $29.95 per month until you call to cancel.”

A lot people dizzed with Big letters shotting "Free", they didn't notice there is a trap there!  Especially for people withoutsharp eyesight and high vigilance.  I know a lot people, most are seniors fall in the trap.  I was one of them.

They charged my account for 13 months with zero communication(when I suffer some desize and other person took care my account).

They claim they watched my account for suspected activities and later payments, look want happen:

In Welcome Letter, they said they would screen my account for any suspected activity in timely basis.  But my account has been hit three times in 12 months, as their “member”, I never been noticed anything.

They said they would watch my account to avoid “later charge”, in 12 month, my account been charged five times for different later fee, but they had never let me know anything!

Their services are no value to their "customer", That why they need freud them!
