Hi James,

I have just located your account in our system and it looks like you signed up for our service after a purchase on eBay as of 5/23/2016.

FreeShipping.com offers 10% cash back on purchases, free shipping, price protection, price comparison and exclusive coupons at over 1,000 online retailers.

At sign-up, you are offered a 7-day free trial to claim your $10 reward and check out our site to see how it can fit into your lifestyle. On the sign up page, directly above where you enter your credit card information, the offer details state that if you do not cancel your account within your 7-day trial period, you will automatically become an active member. Our members pay a monthly fee of $12.97 a month to access our benefits.

Since you did not cancel your account within your 7-day trial period, you were billed for one monthly membership fee. However, since you do not wish to be a member with us, I have canceled your account and sent a confirmation of this action to the email address you provided at sign up. If you have any other questions, please contact customerservice@freeshipping.com.

Thank you!
