At the end of September 2010 I moved in to my home I had Direct TV service for television and they offered me a deal with Frontier for internet. After several calls and appointment dates canceled with out letting me know that they needed a $100.00 deposit, so I finally talked to someone that informed me of this and I gave them all of my information along with my bank card info so that they could get the deposit which went through instantly and they made my appointment for the following day and once again they never showed up. So again I called asking what happened once again my appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge and I was told I would have to wait another week. Ok, I am a college student I need internet in my home for my school work.By this time it had been almost 3 weeks from my first contact with frontier and I still had no internet service but a list of excuses. At one point I was asked to contact the former tenant so that they could turn off the service they had and mine could be turned on after that they could do it right away they said.I was at the end of my rope and decided to call Comcast for cable internet took 3 days no deposit no hassles. So I called back Frontier to cancel my service so right away they ask me for my account number I don't have an account with you I just wanted to cancel my order for your so called service and refund of my deposit of $100.00 that only took you seconds to withdraw from my bank account yet they could only send me a check for the $100.00 in the mail not just credit it back to my account and It is now January 9th 2011 and I have still not recived it I have made several calls talked to many people that have all promised it is on its was then in early December I called again asking where it was and finally spoke to a very rude manager that did'nt even know anything about it since I never spoke to him before and was very rude about it and told me it was never send out but he would take care of it.Well as of today it is still not taken care of.I want my money back .
