Yesterday Monday about 11am stop by Frys at customer service to return and item for a refund. Noticed a irate customer in a heated long exchange with maybe there manager. Anyway here we are waiting in this long line with there other employes ingnoring us. I lost my cool and shouting for service. Wondering whats happening to this Companys ? Maybe they do not need us for customers?
