FTD Florists Lousy service, overpriced delivery, sent dead flowers....for Mother's day no less! Lousy customer service, took many attempts to make it right. Spent waaaay to much time trying to have them fix thei Downers Grove, Illinois

Lousy service, over priced, sent dead flowers for Mother's Day no less. Took many attempts to fix, spent way too much time. They have lousy customer service, is farmed out to oversees. WAAAAAYYY overpriced. Would be better to use a local florist. Spent $40 on a bouquet that could have picked up at a grocery store and it would have looked better and cost less!

Have used (((competitor's name redacted))) with MUCH better success!

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
