never use FTD Florists they will scam you out of your money as fast as you can click your mouse. They took my order 48 hours ago for my daughters 1st Mother's Day flowers and took the money out of my account right away. they never delivered the flowers and said they could maybe get there on the third day. I requested a refund and had to hold on for a supervisor.

After 25 minutes on hold waiting to cance and waiting for a supervisor I called back from another cell phone only to go thru the Same BS all over again once I finally got someone on the line they said it would be 5-7 days for a refund. 

this is a pathetic company that has been around for years and it is totally unacceptable that they knew full and well that they could not fill orders in time for mothers day but continued to take everyone's money 1st and deal with the heat later.

Well here's the HEAT..... DO not use FTD you Will be scammed and ripped off by con-artists
