FTD.com I placed two orders for flower boquets to be delivered on Feb 13th for a Valentine's gift to my mother and to my wife. The total costs for my mom's flowers was $69.98, and for my wife the total was $104.98. For these prices I expected large & beautiful arrangement. My mother's flowers were delivered by UPS, and her "mixed rose/vase" flowers were just that. My wife's flowers were delivered at around 6pm, but her arrangement "love rushes in" was very small (at least half the size of my mother's). Internet

I immediately called FTD to complain, and the rep asked me how many stems it had, I mistakenly said 30 (as I was upset and was counting the flower buds). Actually, as I later counted, the bouquet had 20 stems. He asked for the size, which was about 15" high & 13' wide. I then asked for a 20% to 30% discount as I was very disappointed, and that I could have bought the same thing at a local grocery store for $30, instead of paying $105. He said that all he could offer was 15% off my bill. I agreed to this on Feb 13th, but to this date (16 days later) my American Express card has not seen any credit from FTD. Next time, I will just go to a local store to get my wife & mother flowers.

I placed two orders for flower bouquets to be delivered on Feb. 13th for a Valentine's gift to my mother and to my wife.  The total cost for my mother's "mixed rose/vase" arrangement was $69.98, and for my wife's :love rushes in" arrangement it was $104.98.  for these prices I expected large and beautiful arrangements.  My mother's flowers were delivered by UPS and were just that.  However my wife's arrangement (delivered around 6:00pm) was very small (at least half the size of my mothers).

I immediately called the FTD customer service phone numer to complain.  I told him that for about $30.00, I could have bought the a similiar arrangement at a local store, instead of paying over $100.00.  The representative asked me how many stems it had, and in my deminer, I counted the buds and told him 30. When I realized that he wanted to know the stems, I counted them and came up with 20.  He then asked for the size of the bouquet, which was about 15" high and 13' wide.  He offered to take the flowers back and to send me a different arrangeent, but I said that the arrangement was OK, just too small for the price I had paid.  I asked instead for a 20% to 30% discount on my bill.  He said that he would only give me 15%, and I agreed.

That was 16 days ago, and my American Express credit card had yet to receive any credit what so ever from FTD.com.  About a week later I received a online survey from FDT.com in which I again gave them my entire story.  They replied only to apoligise, but no mention of crediting my charge card like I was promised.  Next time, I will just go to a local store to get my wife and mother flowers.  This was the first and last time I will ever order from FTD.com
