In case you haven't heard Richard Fuller and his son Andrew were killed in a private plane crash this past Friday in New Mexico. May God rest their souls and may they rest in peace.

But guess what that means..... Valerie Fuller the bileagured sister of Richard Fuller who single handedly drove the Oklahoma and Texas operations into bankruptcy is now in charge of the whole company!!!!!!

Believe me the end is near for that reason alone.

If you want to see something interesting drive through the Castle Hills Fuller Homes community in Burleson, Texas. The b***h salesperson there is Dee Shelton. They have built 15 homes in that community in 4 years!

But...... 10 of those homes are currently for sale by owner. Why..... because they are having devastating foundation problems... sound familiar Cindy in Oklahoma? The houses are on Castle Hills Drive and Flagstone Drive. Check it out

Rest in Peace Mr. Fuller. No one deserves to die with their son at such a young age. It's unfortunate you will be turning in your grave when you see what Valerie will do to what remains of your company.

Has anyone noticed that most all of the horrible reports here are made by Scott. He is what is called a perpretrator. He was employed by Fuller homes prior to my working there. He has not ever been introduced to me and I have no use for someone that spends all of his time on the computer trying to hurt others. He himself was part of the problem. He almost ruined the Castle Hills subdivision . It is a beautiful subdivision. I had the ominous duty to go in and try to soothe the muck he created. I never spoke against him and would not now, however, this is so wrong and time has past and he is still using every effort to bad mouth Fuller Homes...He and his friends and cronies ...make thes reports as sport and fun...Scott ran a scam ...with the company to collect 1/2 his commission up front...after collecting his upfront commission, the company found out that the contracts ...something like 17-20 were scams.. Yes there are people like that out there...not only that...a whole house of model home furniture came up missing that he was in charge of at the time. Needless to say he was let go under very bad circumstances. Being that I was not aware of all of his doings, I walked into a hornets nest in that community. I have 30 yrs in this industry and this is the worst sales person I ever had to follow and clean up his mess. He has no right to call me a filthy name in this report. I have been there 1 year and closed 17 houses. I see by his report he is indicating that only 15 houses were sold in 4 years. Is he talking about his own track record.??

Now if you read his many reports on this site...You will also see that he cannot spell.

The subdivisions that had left over inventory all over the metro plex and all the way up in Denton...I was instrumental in selling as I am a licensed Realtor. I did sell many of the houses...closed out one in Mansfield, one in Arlington, one in Grapevine, and the one in Denton. As many builders do ...some of the homes were lease purchase and or leased until they qualified to purchase the home....All Homes that are leased but never owned, can be sold with a new home warranty. I suspect this is what Scott was making reference .

The signs that went up in the Castle Hills neighborhood were not due to foundation problems....they were all customers of Scott's. Everyone of the homeowners I sold were very happy with their homes and had no issues with me or the Fullers. I have always been told that as sales people we attract our own kind. With that being said and knowing that all the signs that went up were a result of Scott's own manner in handling them .

As Far a Valerie taking the company down. No...It was prior administration that did that...Only thing that I site her for was that Scott had told all the homeowners in Castle Hills that he sold , that the homes would all be back entry garages. There were several lots in the neighborhood that that was not even possible. Valerie had floor plans drawn up for those lots and set up forms to pour them...The hate calls started comming in ...yes from Scott's people he had sold homes to saying that she could not do that. What she did that was her decision...was to go ahead and pour. She did what she had to do. Now....I believe this could have been diffused by simply sending out a letter to the homeowner stating which lots and how many that would be front entry. She was aware of Scotts deceptions and felt like she did not need to address the issue . That was her call! There was nothing in writing anywhere that all lots would be built with back entry garages and in that she was correct. She took the high road and went on and built the homes she needed to with front entry...Hence the signs from Scotts loyal homeowners! That is what really happened. Yes Scott you caused the problem and then you ruined the further sales in the area at that time making prospective buyers squimish about buying not knowing the real reasons that were behind the for sale signs....I might add that these people that put up signs would not show their properties. So they were really NOT FOR SALE. They were put up as groupies to protest the front entry garages.

I will have to say that this was the worst I have ever encountered...a sales person that was unethical that continues to be so....he ruins everything he touches if he can. Apparently he has no morals and knows nothing about me or he would know that I have been in the industry for 30+ years and very successfull. I love the business and hate to see one person so vile and vengeful !

This discussion was again brought to my attention by someone still going thru a case in NM with this builder after several years, someone I became acquainted with due to us both having a case against the builder at the same time, but in dif. states. They still cannot even live in their house so I'm told. This person said that according to the Albuquerque Tribune, sometime last year, Fuller's widow remarried. My acquaintance believes the new husband is taking over the company but has no idea if this is true or if this will mean positive changes for their customers. The new husband's last name is Meng.

What is going on with this company now? Are they still in business? Are they selling out, and if so, who's buying them? They have a lot of lawsuits pending from what i can tell.
