It appears as though the corrupt criminals at Full of It Homes have cheated another contractor out of their money!

Every builder uses a sign placement company to place out directional signs on the weekends. Some builders refer to these company's as "Bandit Sign" companies. These contractors work hard late hours dodging traffic to place out the builders signs so that the general public may find their communities.

A couple of years ago when they were first starting out the used a company named Sign Placement Services to place their signs in the DFW Texas area. They never paid them and moved on to the next company named Directional Sign Services. Well the pattern repeated itself and they moved to the third and last company that places out those signs. Lone Star Bandits was also screwed out of their money.

I saw one Full of It's few remaining employees placing out their signs this weekend (July 20) and had to laugh. They have burned all their bridges with the sign companies and now probably had to threaten their employee with their job if they didn't place out the signs.

It is not just this contractor company they have screwed. The list goes on and on. Please read past reports to see the deceit.

As a footnote..... The Burleson, Texas community called Castle Hills has a very very expensive Home Owners Association for those who build there. What does it cover? It is supposed to keep the community manicured, clean, and enforce the deed restrictions. Drive through there. The front entry area with the hill along Alsbury Blvd. is grown up knee high in weeds and the streets are so littered with debris and dirt it is sometimes difficult to navigate them. It's not like Full of It Homes is building a lot of homes and has an excuse to keep the streets dirty! Also the only remaining model is now for sale. Richard is really desperate for money.

It seems the Oakmont Meadows community off Hulen in SW Ft. Worth has lost another sales person! Their website lists Stacy Bennet as the contact person and she is at the corporate office in Grapevine! That community is a dump and with the next report I will have pictures of some of their "Available" homes and the homes that they sold to the rental company. Wait until you see how much in disrepair these homes and lots are!! Look for these pictures on Sunday, July 21.

Until then. Remember if you want a crappy home and love getting screwed then buy a Full of It Home!

Jen in Altus, I have heard from several buyers of Fuller Homes that they had liens on their homes because of unpaid sub's. One sub recently said in a court trial--where he was a witness--that he had not always gotten paid from Fuller, but that they kept working for them because overall they were making money from his jobs, (something to that effect).

If what you say is true, that your company went under because this one corporation didn't pay you, that's disgusting and I hope you eventually get paid and get your business back.

Were you also told by attorneys in OK that if you sued you'd never collect, etc etc? I would like to talk w/you. Please contact me thru www.hadd.com go to "chapters" then "oklahoma" and you can email me thru the site.

My husband was a paint sub-contractor for Richard Fuller Homes a few years ago in D/FW. Richard Fuller Homes got us for 20+ thousand dollars.

We would really appreciate any ideas on how to collect. Since then, because of the paint bill we were left with and no way to pay, we have filed bankruptcy and are no longer have a painting business.

We have heard from several painters that this builder had done this to, not to mention other contractors. Unfortuantly, we believed their lies about paying us and kept painting for them. I guess we were owed so much we felt we wouldn't get paid if we quit painting for them. They knew it and kept making the promises that it would be in the next check...it never came. We finally gave up and we haven't seen anything from them.

We once had a quarter of a million dollar producing company with payroll over $100,000....to making $33,500 a year with nothing.

We frequently saw Fuller's supervisor of construction mowing the model's lawn when a prospective buyer was coming. That's probably because they sold off their lots and weren't building here, so he had no construction to supervise??? But Fuller still owns around 50 lots in Oklahoma so some of us wonder if he's building here under another name, or like MacArthur, planning to return.
