I sold my World of Warcraft account to they quoted me and asked for my information i agreed on the price and then gave them all the account information they needed. i received an email shortly after. It was simply thanking me for the business and providing me with my transaction number 2305870. It has now been 36 hours and my account has gone from processing to waiting in queue. I have sent them multiple emails and multiple facebook messages (they have a facebook page to contact for assistance). Their 24/7 live help isnt real i can only assume that it emails them what ever i type because they have yet to respond to that. No matter what form of contact i try they all seem to be ignored. I will be providing more information when i can.

Sorry but what you are saying is not completely true

1. I filtered the emails

2. I did not provide any information on this site that could b linked to the world of warcraft account (different emails and everything)

3. The information I did provide has to do strictly with gametag blizzard couldnt get anything from the transaction number.

4. I was recently contacted by the person I did sell the account to because someone had tried to steal/access/change info, the exact intent isnt completely clear since I had to recover the account, and it wasnt me. the only 3 people that have the account info are A. me B. the buyer and C. gametag. This incident had happened after I told gametag i was done and did not want to do business with them any longer.

5. Even breaching the contract on accident a company sitting with your property with out having payed for it should be able to communicate better. Even if they are a legit company their business practice is completely unprofessional.

I've done business with this company many times, no issues. Besides you can go through if you're concerned about doing business with them. That's what I did when I first sold to them.

If they are paying you for what I believe you mentioned was a World of Warcraft Account which they need to turnaround and sell to someone else, then I agree they need to keep the transaction secure. You turning around and posting account names, passwords, and full names like you did in your last post is exactly what they are trying to avoid and I'm pretty sure it was this website that filtered out your e-mail, not you.

If I was a buyer, I wouldn't want to buy from you either. It is a violation of most games to buy and sell accounts and any buyer that bought from you I'm sure will be screwed over. I could take the minimal information you provided on this website, and report it to World of Warcraft and I'm sure they could ban your account. It's that easy.

Instead of asking what it looks like they told you to do, you did the opposite. Can't blame them.

ok so as the title says I am done with this horrible company. since i last wrote this review my account has been denied and i have been been contacted by their legal department. shortly after my last post the legal department contacted me demanding that i give them the login information to this website.


Attn: Jacob Shepherd:

This e-mail is to inform you that your recent submission has been put on hold by our department due to the following issue below which was notified to us about a hour ago:

I will note that it is a violation of Blizzard EULA to buy and sell accounts. We are in this business for private transactions and if in event information about this transaction has been published directly or indirectly, we could be forced to terminate all transactions with you as your account will be considered "High Risk" for us to purchase.

Furthermore, after consulting with the Submission Team, you filed this dispute less then 36 hours after you submitted your account and it appears all account information you provided to us was invalid.  As a potential buyer of your account, our biggest concern is security moving forward as you're expecting a large payment from us but doing everything in your power to make sure this transaction doesn't happen.

In order to clear up this issue, please provide the login and password to this RipOffReport Account.  Once you have provided this information, I will transfer this back to the submission team. If any further violations occur, then we will void all submissions and proceed with all other legal remedies as specified in your Agreement.

my bad did the math wrong it was 34 hours. and the login information was incorrect in 1 aspect i didnt realize that i needed to confirm the email change with blizzard so it was still attached to the original email instead of the one i provided to them. as soon as they brought this to my attention i quickly changed it so we could proceed.

and being the dumb trusting person i am i gave them the login information hoping that some sort of action could be taken in a swift manner to procede with this sale.

exact copy of email i sent back to legal department i was unaware that this violated the terms or service i apologize i am
not trying to stop this transaction i already admitted fault in the email because i did not fully transfer the blizzard account to the new email. the email is jake.*******

i would have fixed the problem earlier but was unable to due to there ToS stating i cant adjust my claim more often than once per 8 hours.  Please understand that i am not trying to mess with you or anything this is just an extremely stressful situation for me.

over the next two days 28/29 i sent 6 emails none of which were even responded to by their LEGAL department and sent 2 to the standard email also ignored. 30th i got a response

i responded quickly to it thanking him and then again around 12 hours after this email. its now 12/1/12 and i have yet to hear any sort of reply.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. they refuse to work with you and they refuse to respond to there emails i have tried contacting them on numerous occasions and they dont even reply with an automated system which in this case would be better. their 24/7 service is a joke it just emails them and they never respond to it. no matter what you do with this company they ignore you. unless you post on this website then they will be on you like white on rice to blackmail you for your login information. if you look at previous posts about the website they all seem to say that they are slow but in the end the issue is resolved. which i find odd since as soon as they find out about me writing on this site they demand my log in information and deny my transaction all in one swoop which leads me to believe that they write the last comment themselves but thats just my opinion maybe they dont who knows i for 1 do not plan on giving them any more time though. also a little research will come up with multiple websites that state this one is ran by the same guy who runs multiple similar sites.

finally more contact

they have finally responded to my numerous attempts of conversation. i got an email today stating

Thank you for your submission.

A few updates have been added to your GameTag Account. Please login and update this information so we complete your submission."

Awesome i would love to but i am not able to log into my account anymore whenever i try it says my login information is incorrect. luckily i was still logged in on my desktop so i jumped over to it and changed my account password and tried logging in on my laptop to no avail. still getting error message stating incorrect login information. when i tried to change my password once again, thinking maybe i forgot it or typed it wrong, i was kicked from my account. now i am completely locked out of that account.

i created a new account under a different email and checked on the status of 2305870 and found out there have been 0 updates to it. the sale is still sitting in "waiting queue" and i am completely unable to find a place to update any information on 2305870 what so ever. as i was typing this i got an email saying they would look into the problem. hopefully i dont have to wait another 48+ hours for a response.
