I offered to sell them something. they gave me a quote then changed the quote. I needed the money so I accepted the offer. After telling them I accepted, they told me I would be paid in 8 hours. I found this unacceptable as they had all day to review my account and pay me. I have not received an email back from them in the past 2 hours after requesting assistance multiple times. It's amazing how they have 24/7 "LIVE" chat that is never live, and how you can go from 15-30minutes responses to emails to never getting a response. EPIC FAIL
