I been in the business for 35 years i never been ripped off like this in my life

It’s very expensive lesson for me.

It’s my mistake because i didn’t check the reviews about general refining corporation before even dealing with them ,

The Better Business Bureau rating of this company is "D".  Obviously, there is a reason for this.

 Worst refining company I have ever came across. I sent them 31 pounds of fine polishing dust to be refined and 3 ounces of 95 percent platinum filings to be melted to a bar.

My platinum came back 1/3 of what I give and it’s 83 percent platinum instead of 95 .and no silver

Dust 14 pounds out of 31 pounds .

I do this process every year and I know my results very well

I should get from my dust i about 15 to 16 dwt of fine gold in each pound of dust after burn + 23 % of silver 6 to 8 % platinum in each pound of polishing dust , I got back half what i supposes to get and less

Have never had a return come back so bad.

The only way this place is staying in business is by screwing over new, one time customers

I had to accept what they offered me, one has no recourse but to accept their low ball payment.
