Genuine Warranty Solutions How Genuine Warranty did NOT pay on my claim!!! North Las Vegas, Nevada

My extremely bad experience with GENUINE WARRANTY SOLUTIONS was that they did not pay my claim for car repair!!!! Even when my warranty is there factory coverage contract, there top of the line coverage, which on there own website says coverage of any operating mechanical or electrical failure essentially mimics the factory warranty that tells me that my car will be coved for just like from the factory. But it wasn't!!! my transmission went and they refused to pay saying that the parts I needed were NOT COVERED on the wear and tear part of my contract, (which is a separate coverage package) but the parts I needed were not listed in the wear and tear or excluded part of the contract, there for my claim should have been honored. The Saab dealer, the transmission shop and a transmission rebuilder all said that my parts did NOT fail due to wear and tear!!! They will not give me my money back or pay my claim, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. So do NOT go to GENUINE WARRANTY SOLUTIONS for a auto warranty, they sure had a solution how to screw me over!!!!
