I ordered flowers for my mom on 5-8-09, and scheduled them to be delivered on Saturday 5-9-09. As of today, 5-14-09, my mom still has not received her Mother's Day flowers! I have been charged the full amount, and received nothing. There is no contact info, except email, which no one responds.
