This company is a complete fraud. They do not offer cancellations or returns of ANY of their products/services purchased on their website. Apparently, they ship through a third party provider that does not allow cancellations or refunds of any type. Their "support" team is a complete joke. They do not return e-mail and rarely answer the phone on the weekends. This place should be investigated by the Federal Trade Commission. I would strongly suggest you do NOT purchase anything on their site as they are complete crooks.
