Glamour Shots ripoff deceptive sales practice sneaky liars Clearwater Florida

I too, am a victim to sneaky and deceptive sales people that must live every day knowing that they are sneaky liars. I decided to get picturs taken with my 2 girls for a Fathers Day gift. What a nightmare. Not only did my daughter get pink eye from the mascara they used, and I know they are not licensed cosmetologists..I don't even think the photographer had a license...it should be taken away.

They lied and told me pictures would be delivered in 5 business days. Changed their story on the 5th day, stating..oh we meant 5-7 business days. They told me the proofs were included in my purchase..they were not! They told me I should have enhancements done for $75.00 I thought that was high, but there were 3 of us....I found out the next day, it was $75 per person. They confuse you and pressure you, to the point you are so tired, that you just buy it, and think about it later. I tried to cancel the next day (sunday), but they told me it was already ordered.....kinda funny that it would already be processing on a Sunday. I will dispute these charges, and would warn every person not to step in their doors...those women are sneaky little liars, and the store should be shut down!

This is my first experience of disputing a company, and I will make sure that everyone I know hears about my problems. I am considering a television interview...
By the way. I tried to call the manager upteen times. She was on vacation for 2 weeks, then she was either busy with a customer or gone for the day. She did call my voice mail once, but I was never able to make contact with her after that. I called their corporate office in Ohio and left a message to call me back, and they never called. Still waiting..... I am demanding a full refund, and will not settle for less, since this gift was ruined and I did not receive the product I was told I would get.

When I did pick up the pix, there were no enhancements done on me or one of my daughters. One daughter got all the enhancements, and she looks like an overenhanced barbie doll. She looks fake! The b&w pix were to have one color of blue in the jeans with some special processing. The picture is all b&w. Not what I paid for.
The girls feet were cut off on a full picture of the two of them. Parts of their heads were cut off in a close up....They are sooo unprofessional. I could have taken better pix in my back yard. I'm very angry, and feel very violated. Anyone would be crazy to have pix taken here. STAY AWAY! For the price I paid, I should look like a million bucks! There is nothing professional about the sales people or the company.
