I have the actual emails conversed back and forth through ebay, It tells it all.

First email:eBay sent this message to Kevin Simmons Saturday, November 22, 2008, 11:39 AM

Dear global-automotive,

Hi, I bought this fuel pump from you on Sept.19,'08. I put 1264.2 miles on the blazer, and your fuel pump failed. I replaced it in september so I would no have any problem's in the winter, because I am disabled, and retired from the State of N.Y..... It took me three day's to change the fuel pump. I have no garage and it is 15 degrees now. How do I get a new fuel pump, and to whom do I send the bill from the garage who has to change the fuel pump with less than 1300 mile's on it. I have to go in for more surgeries in four week's, and it's the only car I've got. I have to go though considerable pain to get job's done to save money. I'm tired of busting my ba**'s to get ahead to make thing's easier for myself, only to find out I've wasted my time. I thought I'd talk to you first, before the attorney general's office. To you this may be an easy job for you. But for me, it's like picking up penny's off the ground with no hand's. Thank's.

Dear Valued Customer,
We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, all our items are ISO9001 certified and tested by both us and the manufacturer before they ship.

Please take this to a certified GM dealership or GM goodwrench service center so one of their technician can properly diagnose the fuel system.

The fuel system is very large and comprised of many different parts that can cause a failure. Buyer cannot just blame the problem on the last item they replaced.

We have been in the fuel systems business for over 22 years and have invested a lot of time and money in testing equipment that we use to check all returned items before we grant an exchange under warranty. We will not exchange working parts, so we kindly ask buyers to check before sending items back.

Thank you,
Management

I tested at the fuel pump plug (gray and purple wires) at the gas tank, there is power to the fuel pump for the initial three to five second prime. The fuel pump is bad!!!! You may have dealt with idiot's before. I don't doubt that at all. I have dealt with a few working for the state of New York. But I am not one of them. The fuel pump is bad! I wait for a reply. I also for got to add that the is no sound from the fuel pump, and I tested for presure at the Schreader valve. There is no pressure. Thank's

Thankyou, Ken

My new email after waiting until January 2, 2009.

I had enough! I called the Attoney General's Office, Better Business Bureau, and was told to contact The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). You sold me a bad fuel pump, you told me to send it back for a replacement. After all my wasted time dropping gas tank's in the snow and cold, and sending plenty of emails for answers that you did not even have the courtesy to reply too. I had to spend more money to send the fuel pump back to you which you accepted by registered mail. I sent them all the emails and information to the office's above. It's been month's. Now you have my money, and fuel pump. You people are a God Dam Disgrace. It's not over!!!

Original emails,

I did as you asked, and sent back the fuel pump for a replacement. I still have no car, and is still sitting on jack stands with the gas tank on the ground. There's eight inches of snow on the ground, it's sleeting out and 15 degrees . I need my car!!!

My email reply sent January 06, 2009 to Global Automotive:

You new this was not installed by a GM mechanic when you told me to return the fuel pump. Read your own email's you sent me!!! I described to you the trouble shooting in which I found the fuel pump to be bad. You agreed, Your own quote was :

Dear Valued Customer,
Ok, please send the item back to us along with a print out of this email and we will exchange.

Which mean's you Null and Void your own POLICY!, that I did not even no about. That's what indicates fraud on your part. I only did as you told me to do, while I waited like an a*s hole for a pump that was never going to show up. Is this what you call good business practice, leading on customer's as VALUED! I even paid to return your bad part. So I'm to be treated like s**t. I'll await your repley. Hopefully you will send one this time. I'm not asking for something for nothing, you have the part. You know it's bad.

It is now January 12, 2009, and of course no response from Globle Automotive because they were caught in a fraudulent act. I'd like to see a company like Global Automotive be held accountable for its actions, such as mail fraud. They even accepted the part through USPS registered mail.

Give customer proof the origin of the part came
from the manufacture as advertised and not a counterfeit.  Doubtful a counterfeit part would have a
warranty.  Give customer a contact name
within the manufactures employment together with copy of manufactures

Buyer did not follow our manufacturers warranty

AUTHOR: Kevin - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, November 06, 2009

This buyer did not follow manufacturers warranty, which clearly states that the item MUST be installed by a professional mechanic. We asked the buyer to provide a valid invoice or receipt from the shop that installed the item and they did not provide the documentation.

Thanks
