In my opinion, one of the best ways to start out rich and end up poor. A total waste of your time and 20 grand. Training is inadequate and the lenders they provide are almost impossible to work with. They are all talk and no substance. I submitted over 20 deals and not one got funded until I found my own lender. It's your $20,000...I wasted mine.

I am astounded at the remarks of the person complaining. Its a stupid remark and can only be attributed to someone unwilling to make an effort at building a business, someone expecting the world to be handed to them on a silver platter or a competitor.

Global teaches people how to enter the Commercial Loan Brokerage Business, a 200 year old industry and a very lucrative field especially in this age ofd bank failures and tightened banking regulations. Fact is there could not be a better industry to enter now since the 90% of companies being turned down by highly regulated banks need to find capital elsewhere.

The company has been teaching lending for close to 10 years and the parent has been in business for 25+ years.

If the complaint is true at any level I can only say sit back and collect your 1% interest in the bank because WORKING for a living does not appear to be your strong suit.

How amusing it is to see the President of Global and one of his employees respond to my "Ripoff Report" as though they are being slighted and hurt by my report. Phil Dushey needs to check his "unethical values" argument at the door. Unethical is in his website on "The Program" page where he has his employees sitting at a conference table with all smiles acting like they are new trainees. Ask Phil about his ethics.

Further, I would also be in business for 30 years if I had 10-15 people coming in each week blindly giving me $20 grand to listen to outrageous claims of future wealth just by following my program. Have you ever seen anything like that on late night tv? If Phil is legitimate and has any ethics he'll remove any language in his contract that states that if you do follow his "program" and don't succeed, you'll receive a refund. It looks very obvious that I took your training class, Phil. Come on Phil, if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck and your "program" is a scam. Go BEARS!

I attended this training session. I researched this company and its competitors in depth. The lenders are real as is the opportunity. I have personally spoken to several past trainees who are making very good livings building real businesses. I suggest that if the writer is in fact a legitimate past trainee (which I wonder about)he look deeper into his training materials and follow the guidelines closely. The key to this program is the training which emphasizes knowing the lenders so when a person asks for a loan the broker knows which lender to approach. Perhaps doing a bit more homework would help. I also have had dealings with the CEO, Phil Dushey, and have witnessed him spending great amounts of time on the phone personally helping past trainees. No doubt some people will fail. But before you give up go deeper into the training materials and call Phil for some help. Spending $20,000 for the oportunity to make a very good living for life is hardly "going to the poor house" and I hate to see someone with Phil's reputation slighted by this kind of complaint.

I have read this report and find it very hard to believe. We have been in business for over 30 years and have always run our business with the highest level of integrity. First I have checked our records and have no record of the names of the people that sent the complaint that have attended our classes from Chicago,as a matter of fact the names of the person who sent it and signed it are different which is strange to me.
Second the lenders in our program are very well established and range in annual volume from hundreds of millions to as high as 80 billion. We teach in our class that the key to the business is to understand your lenders so that you know what they will approve. We also give a manual for each lender so you know exactly who they will approve and what their requirements are.
Third we have an ongoing support program so if for some reason there is a problem with a lender you can give us a call and we will resolve it. If a real person had the type of problem mentioned in the complaint they would have called us and we would have resolved the problem. All of the people who attend our classes are aware of our ongoing support so I find it very strange we never received a call for asistance from any person in Chicago who had this type of a problem.
Finally I can only assume that this complaint is contrived or from a competitor with unethical values because if it is from one of our students they know that we are always available for help and support. Also if the person who has written this report is viewing this report ,if you are real ,I invite you to call me personally at 212-480-4900 to discuss it because I find it impossible to believe if you submit a transaction to a lender and follow the guidelines that you can have 20 declines. I also invite any other person who has read this report to call me as well. Again we have been in business for over 30 years and have always handles our business with the highest level of integrity.
