Global Cash Access ATM Machines Amending date of my report - Nancy London - to October 16th/09 Las Vegas, Nevada

All that I stated in my previous report is true except that I had the DATE of the 'incident' IN ERROR- it was Friday Night, OCTOBER 16th, 2009 around 11:00pm, give or take an hour - not the 17th as in the original report (and that the calls to my bank started on Oct. 16th and that I finally reached Global Cash on Oct. 17th - very early am (initial call wait went over midnight) As with another consumer in Las Vegas that same night (see another report on Rip-Off) I received the same 'reason' that I had not received my cash, i.e., that the VISA system (and their affiliated banks) was down and Global was unable to 'interface' with VISA banks - until then, I didn't even think that TD Canada Trust was a "VISA" bank - I was using an ATM card NOT a credit card when I did not receive my cash. Global Cash outright lied to my bank in the subsequent dispute, claiming that I had received my cash.  I am still out $800 US - Christmas will come and go...and Global could give a #$%** what their scam causes people.
