Defective merchandise unable to contact for return .....

I purchased inkjet refills from this company. When I went to use the colored ink cartridge, it was defective. It did not print colors correctly. I thought the ink may have settled however it would not print correct colors even after printing several copies.

Thinking it was a single defective unit, I tried the second color cartridge. It also would not print correctly. When I purchased an HP cartridge from the local office supply store, it worked perfectly, with the first copy.

The invoice I had received has no telephone number or website listed. The telephone number they listed on my credit card bill was disconnected. I wrote to the address with a certified letter and still have not heard from them.
