Global Moving Services SCAM, LIARS, THIEVES, 10 days late, missing goods, poor customer service doesn't describe it RIPOFF Sunrise Florida

Do not use Global Moving Services.

Lets begin with the end... The driver (Sam / Samuel) gets in the truck, starts it up, and talks on his cell phone. I walk to the driver side of the truck to make sure he is not going to leave before we review the item list, he reassembles the furniture as stated in the contract (as I reminded him of), and finalize our business. He motions that he will be minute, and as I take a seat in my garage, he drives off, running over my garbage bag set out for the night on the drive way. He's gone with his partner. Nothing signed, no assembled furniture, no thank you for your business, nothing. Like a d**n thief in the night.

The movers have just left about 3 hours ago, and I will not go into the details about how painful this business transaction has been. I will only site a few facts.

10 days late.
poor customer interaction is a compliment.
run around about payment.

I can't describe in words. Just don't use them.

I read other messages (too late) after the fact on this site, and they may go by other company and individual names. I do believe they are working out of the SE area of Florida (Sunrise).

The crew

Samuel / Sam: Mover who delivered. About 6'3, slender, rotten teeth, dark hair, soft spoken (act), claimed to be from Isreal, spoke foreign language.

EZ: Sam's helper at delivery. smaller version of Sam.

James: mover at pick up. well-spoken, black, out-going personality, 5'10, says he is from Georgia, looks like an athlete.

Terrence: mover at pick up. black, 6'3, very strong, lots of scars and tatoos, friendly, boxing and football, says he is from Georgia.

Leo: the worst. only talked to on phone. foreign accent, dispatch manager, a key to the mis-managed mishap.

Shay Cohen: the boss. talked to on phone. Leo and Shay are people you hope never to meet. Foriegn accent. The mastermind of the scam.

Dana: customer service rep. lied about delivery date. foriegn accent. plays dumb or is dumb.

I hope nobody ever has to go through what I went through. Easily one of the worst experiences I have ever lived through.
