Global Pro System Heather and Kevin Utt Premeditated Deception; Frauds Scottsdale, Arizona

I got roped into Partner with Paul/Global Pro System when I got an email regarding work from home jobs.  Sounded interesting, so I signed up for it.  I understood that the Package they would send me was going to cost $9.95 shipping .  So I "partnered with Paul" because as his website said that even if I was not interested he would send the $9.95 back from his own pocket (RIGHT!)  and gave my debit card for the $9.95, with the understanding if I was not interested in the business I must send the package back or be charged $39.95.  The Package arrived finally and I read through the cheaply made training packet and all it was about was how much better working for yourself was than working for a company and on every page was pictures of people who had made amazing amounts of money from doing this business, whatever the business was.  That was never mentioned once in the booklet.  So I decided that I wasn't interested at this point and let Heather (My Mentor) know that I wasn't interested and not to charge my account the $39.95 because I was sending the Packet back, I didn't even take the DVD out, what was the point.  Anyway, I went to the Post Office the next day April 17, 2013 and I sent it to the address that was on the Packet that was FedEx'd to me.  I sent it priority and with a signature confirmation. Well Heather Utt did not sign for the Package a Nadia Amoura signed for it.  The Package arrived at Scottsdale, AZ on April 19, 2013 and today April 24, 2013 I was charged $39.95.  I have called the two numbers I had 610-298-2995; 661-748-6280, sent a email to utthomebiz@gmail.com but to no avail.  Heather seemed like a decent, honest person so I am still hopeful at this point that she might refund my money and if she does I will come on to this site and report that she did.  But after reading all the other RipOff Reports I am afraid my hope is misplaced.  My advice to anyone that is looking for work at home WATCH out.  Never and I mean, Never get involved with Partner with Paul (partnerwithpaul.com) or Global Pro Systems.
