This company absolutely rips off its customers! Brian Oliver and Dorothy Cukier are masterminding a monopoly of inmate telephone charges and because they are the ONLY company contracted for these phone calls, they feel that they can rip-off hard-working families who have loved ones in jail.  They must figure that no one will pursue any lawsuits against them as they are protected by the "authorities" that are receiving "kick-backs" in return for the exclusive rights to the telephone contract.

We must get to the bottom of this blatant rip-off!  The company should have a required "audit" performed to make them show where the money is going, as I am sure that certain "decision makers" are receiving payments for keeping the law "off their backs."
