Globe Home Protection Breach of contract Orlando Florida

Globe Home Protection.  We closed on our house 4.4.18 and on 9.5.18 we discovered a dishwasher leak.  They sent someone out and via contract we paid him our required $75.  It was determine to be a motor pump assemby to our 3 yr old dishwasher.  The company denied coverage because they said we have hard water as the cause.  We have city reservoir water!!!!! The repair man felt it should be covered as a breakdown and argued with them, but they denied anyway saying it was from hard water abuse and not wear and tear.  I called another repair company and confirmed that the water has nothing to do with it.  The unit has an "O" ring inside the pump assemby that let go.  This is a breakdown and not wear and tear.   Our house is very well maintained.  No abuse here.  City water is the norm for most of homes and they receive $500 for those same homes and then deny claims because they do????  This is fraud!
