We dealt with the Relocation Consultant, John Kaloti and the Peretz brothers who are the owners. They made promises and written responses as to how the move and boxing and crating was to done, they provided estimates and costs. The day of the pickup they doubles the price, brought a crew that was totally unporepared and untrained in proper moving techniques. They were supposed to box and specially crate a big screen TV and a slate pool table. They dragged the pool table on its side down the driveway and stored and moved it on its side.

They were late in the delivery. Many items were damaged, broken (for instance a TV was delivered with just a picture tube) and the pool table was badly damaged, chairs had gouges and tears, and a s****.> Carol
