GMAC Auto Financing gmacfs Gmac screwed us, lies and loads of lame excuses phoenix, Arizona

Heres how it started. We financed a car through GMAC. My husband totaled the car in 06/2009. The isurance co paid what they thought the car was worth. We were left to pay roughly 5300.00 since like fools we didn't have gap coverage. We know now! When the insurance co. paid up and that was all said and done we were told to call and set up a payment plan for the remainder. So thats what i did and we paid on it. The payment plan was 240.00 a month. I get a phone call in august that they couldn't find that payment plan but after an hour on the phone and them digging deep they find it. 3 months go by and i'm sending the 240.00. I get a another phone call telling me that i'm behind and they once again cannot find the payment agreement and that the document i have prooving it is basically a fake. They don't know who this person is that signed it or where it came from. That i should fax it but it wouldn't change anything. It had thier address on it and phone number. I guess it came out of thin air. So i'm dealing these idiots of course speak next to NO english. they don't anything of that sort just that its past due. So FINALLY i get an american and try to work something out well thats when i find something else out. That the first 240.00 was late and voided that payment plan.Now the 10 day grace period doesn't apply,how conveinent! I was like WHAT! and you're just now telling me this 3 months later. I don't think it was lost in the mail,it sat on someones desk so they wouldn't have to honor the payment plan. They say they got the payment the 18th well that funny cuz it came out my bank acct. by the 17th. Lie Lie Lie. I guess they think i can't check that sort of thing. Well we don't call until its really past due. Its been 3 freaken months no one called me to say hey that plans no good start sending the 386.00. So now i'm getting a call everyday sometimes twice a day asking for alot of money. By now i'm so behind since i was told i can let it go to collection. They put a "bump" on our credit before informing us we were past due. I tell them you have any idea what that does to a credit score. Knocks it down at least 100 a points,well we don't know how much excactly it knocks it down.They know but won't admit it.

They expect me to pull 450.00 out no where. I explain we had the car over a year never late and always paid in full. I would've paid 386.00 if someone would've taken 10 minutes out of thier day to tell me what was goin on. Her names Molly. She acts like one late payments no big deal. They always wanna play the dumb role like they have no clue what this cruel world is like. Its just a bump..woopty doo!

They refuse to give you a manager. My case worker or whatever you wanna call that ghetto attitude havin witch of a rep. She gets an attitude because i call back when i'm having problems with my phone. She says i dont' know why you keep calling and playing games i could be with another customer. I feel bad for them if they have to deal with her. I say i'm trying to figure something out but she could careless. She just keeps sayin rude things and that well you have no intentions of paying then why keep calling. She doesn't even try to work with me. I speak to someone besides her because at this point i don't want to talk to YOLANDA.This woman acst like the cars here. He said maybe something can be worked out. He says maybe pay a little at time i said whats that gonna do except show late payments. That doesn't help me AT ALL. I asked for a manager again and keep gettin that witch but after a 3rd call i get a mgr who doesn't want to listen about her employee thats being nasty with me. Then she says can i call you back i have a meeting to go to..yeah ok..

We keep telling them STOP calling. If they don't stop we'll press charges for harrassment. They said we get a list of people call so we call. Well then put me on your list of people NOT to call. Geez whats so hard to understand. I told that witch i just won't answer the phone or call back anymore. Gmac doesn't give a rats butt what your situation is or if you're treated poorly by one of thier reps. I would NEVER finance another vehicle through but thanks to them i won't be able to for 10 years since they put "bump" on my credit. They do evil things and don't make you aware until its too late.

I'd like to work something out but everythings a dead end. You have 5 days to send money then its call at the end of the month. Its a different story everytime. They don't know squat. If you read this before buying a vehicle and finance it. Please get gap coverage. Stay away from GMAC they will screw you as soon as they find a reason.
