Go2Capital CJ TatumDerick Faller Did not live up to signed agreement and would not give the stated refund. Lehi Utah Internet

"Tiny Tots Boutique LLC" is a startup company located in Chestertown MD. I needed staqrtup capital to buy inventory for my store. So, I saw and ad on the internet for funding help for startup companies. The companyl was Go 2 Capital and I contaced them and they immediately told me the fee would be $2,000 for their services paid in advance. There was  contract that stated the terms and there was a refund statement that said that one-half of the fee would be refunded if the company failed to provide the service listed. This seemed like a good deal so we agreed. 

Once they got the money we were assigned Mike Millward as our contact. Mike sent us the products agreement and we signed. He told us he would secure us start up funding lenders for our business. This is where the sham started. this was November 28, 2016. On 12/1/16 we emailed all the required documentation and never heard a thing until we contacted them again until 12/7/16. Mike has said it would only take two weeks to secure funding. The 2 weeks were nearly up and we didn't have anything going to lenders.

On 12/28/16 I finaly got an application for a business loan and I filled it out immediately and returned it to Derick Faller. He sent it to the lender who promply delclined due to the company being brand new. They did get me an application for a Capital One personal credit card which I could have done on my own since my husband and I have one each already.

Since I had to go to New York City on January 8th to buy inventory for our store opening March 1,2017 I decided that this was never going to work and it had been 1.5 months since we started and no loans were on the horizon I asked Derick to close out our account and issue me a refund according to the contract. He said he created a refund ticket and we would hear soon.

Then it went to CJ Tatum for review and he denied the refund saying that they held up their part of the contract. I resonded referencing the clause in the contract about refunds if we were not satisfied and never heard another word from him. Nobody has responded since.

After this I disputed the $2,000 with my bank Wells Fargo and they invesitgated but Go-2 Capital refused the refund and the bank sais it would go to arbitration with Visa. I know I was dead then because Visa always sides with the payer of their fees Go2Capital Shocker!!. 

Since then I have foud out that Drick Faller is an owner and CJ Tatum is actually Cody Rich the other owner. So the scam was set and I had no recourse unless I sued them which would be way more than the $1,000 refund.

I believe that Go-2-Capital misleads the public and cannot make good on their claim to secure funding for startup businesses. A lady from a very large bank in Baltimore MD told me banks do not fund statups and come back after 2years in business. They lied about there promise to gain funding for startups and the communication was driven by me.
