GoKarts USA Fraudulent Schemes to get a sale Lake Tahoe, Nevada

     We recently purchased a Dune Buggy from GoKarts USA.  We wanted to purchase the same buggy from another dealer, but they didn't have it in stock.  We called 6 different companies looking for one that had this particular model in stock.  We finally found it at GoKarts USA.  We had them double check the inventory while we were on the phone and even check to see that they had our 1st color choice in stock.  They said they did.  We went ahead and made the purchase. 

     We waited about 3 weeks and heard nothing.  We called and finally got ahold of someone and they told us our dune buggy was in Customs.  We said that is impossible, it was an in stock model.  Well, come to find out they lied to us and told us it was in stock to get the sale.  Now that they have the sale, they could care less about how long it takes for us to get it, they pretty much told us on the phone they make a practice of telling people their items are in stock just to get the sale. 

    They told us we could get a refund, which would take about a week, but there was nothing else they could do for us.  It was fraudulent for them to tell us they had an item in stock when they didn't just to get the sale.  They told us we could have it in a day or a month, they really don't know, nor do they care. They have the worst customer service we have ever dealt with. 

     Do NOT buy from them.  You get cut off when talking to them, they don't answer the phone and they really just don't care once they have the sale.
