Goodwill Industries rip off furniture pick up at Goodwill St. Louis Missouri

I bought a used furniture set at a goodwill in St. Louis , MO.
I spoke to the sells clerk about delivery and she gave me the
telephone number to the person the have to deliver the furniture
items.


I called from the store and set up the time (which was the same day).
The furniture was to be delivered later that same evening.
When I got the furniture and paid the delvery person, I noticed
a letter taped to the back of the couch. It said that if the item
was not picked up in 24 hours the couch would be resold with no
refund. There was a line at the end of the letter that said customer
signature and my name was signed on the line. the only way anyone
at the store would have known my name is I left a peice of paper to give
to the delivery person with my telephone number, address and name.
I could not beleive some one actuall signed my name to this letter.
And by the way no one ever mentioned to me when I bought the furniture
any thing in this letter. So if I had of put off calling the delivery person untill the next day, I would have lost my money, plus the furniture would have been resold to some one else even though I had paid for it and no one would have ever even told me anything.
