After winning nine lots of goods from Government Liquidation, I received the items and did a count to make sure all items were sent.  Each lot was advertised as having ten (10) sets of items per lot but I came up short by two items.

The initial claim was submitted on 16 Dec 11 to their office and I specifically talked to Charles who seems to be the manager at Government Liquidation concerning this issue.  Today is 6 Jan 12 and receievd their response from their claims office.

The claims Administrator, Monika A. Zalewska, responded that the claim was not going to be fulfilled.  I responded by contacting Government Liquidation and trying to reach the claims office but was told that they were unaccessible by phone and Charles was conveniently out of the office.

I will say that be careful with dealing with this company due to their lack of integrity, being able to reach anyone, and drawing out of claims in order to tire out a customer.  They are fast to blame others for mistakes on their parts and will not honor an expressed contract that is emplaced the minute you win a bid.

Until the items leave their floor, under the Uniform Commercial Code, they are responsible for all items in quantity and condition as stated in their auctions.  Be wary of this company.

More on the scam they run

AUTHOR: Mike - (U.S.A.)

On high dollar items, bidders  pay too much because the supposed "auction"  is monitored by GL, and if the lots do not go high enough, they put in false bids to bring the price up just enough that the  highest bid  gets it ( even if its far from all thelegitimate  bids.)
