Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

We paid our maintenance fees. Twice we put in to exchange our points for another resort with Interval International Exchange company.  Twice Grand Crowne denied confirmation.  Twice we were denied to use our points which we paid for.  We are going to lose 2-4 weeks of vacation time even though we paid our maintenance.  What a RIP OFF!
