Grand Crowne Travel Network Sold us a bill of goods that is worthless. ripoff Branson Missouri
*UPDATE Employee: companies side
We were sold a vacation plan that guranteed us the lowest possible price on any type of travel. After inquiry on their prices for air travel, cruises, hotels, etc we found that we get better prices on our own. We immediately called Grand Crowne Travel Network and asked for our money back as we were not satisfied customers and we were told TOO BAD our contract is not cancelable. It certainly puts a bad taste in you mouth about returning to Branson, which by the way I love it there. We will not be returning anytime soon.

Grand Crowne Travel Network's Member Services department has attempted to speak with this member in reference to his membership many times. We have tried to explain the many services and benefits of the membership and how to use them. This member did not want to listen to anything that we had to say about the membership and was verbally abusive to our representatives. After reviewing the podium presentation, Grand Crowne did not violate any rules or regulations outlined in the membership.
At this member's request, our company sent him a Relinquishment of Contractual Interest and Satisfaction of Claims form in August of 2006, because he did not want to pay his annual dues and renew his membership. It was explained to him that once we received this signed and notarized document which stated his signature on the form indicated he had reached an amicable agreement with Grand Crowne Travel Network and all of its affiliates and his issues had been resolved to his satisfaction, we would cancel his contract. Our company received this signed and notarized form in September of 2006 and the contract was cancelled in October of 2006.
