GrantHelpCenter Sent CD which was to be $3.95, charged additional $74.95 Internet

Thru the Internet this entity asks for certain information as to age, etc then indicates that their Grant Help CD is only $3.95.
They sent a CD about a week after I entered my Credit Card information.
They charged to my Credit Card the $3.95 on early February, 2009.
Then chargedan additional $74.95 under a separate charge ten (10) days later in February, 2009.
It appears they do this so individuals agreeing to the $3.95 will not see the additiona entry on their credit card statement.
By the compaints that I have seen on the internet that I am not the first person to be taken by this entity.
Will be reporting this to my Credit Card provider and the Consumer Protection Agencies as well as Local Authorities.
