Granton Marketing KDSM And Jds dishonest ripoff Hillside, Overland Park Illinois, Kansas

The reason Im writing this because I work for Granton Marketing in Chicago and Kansas City. I was miss led in the first interview, and thats about as far at the misleading went. The secound interview you see what they really do. But remember you dont have to take the job. Then if you do take the job they want you to start right away. On your way home from your 10hour 2nd interview your Team Leader calls you to see if you have any further questions. You start and thats the easy part go door to door selling a good product and supporting a great cause. Can you think of any other legal way to make cash everyday? Because I cant. Then after you ring the Bell or make $100 aday you become a team leader. Thats when it becomes to support a family and keep a roof over your head. Not only do you have to pay for your own lunch but if you have an Day of O you have to pay for theres to. And if you have a retrain with in there first week you have to pay the payed trainig out of your pocket. Thats all the bad things about the company.

The Good things are they teach you to be successful you must a strong work ehtic and a good attitude. After working there for 1 yr im still in sales and all of the traing I got for granton has really helped me become sucessful in my sales field.

So in Closing working for Granton is not all bad. They tech thats it not how much money you make it how much you save that really counts. Plus if your wright out of High School or college they will teach you more about sales then any text book ever could. Im not tell you to work there, but it made me the strong sales rep I am today.
