I placed an order with Grapplers Gym on August 3rd for the following item:
ITEMS
1 Dave Mills: Youth Wrestling by the Numbers - Pinning Steps 1, 2, 3 $28.99 $28.99
Order Number: 1001116
I have also sent multiple emails to Grapplers Gym and Mr. Mike Fry (as these are the two email address I was able to find regarding this company. I have sent them messages regarding the dvd not being delivered and to this date I have not received the DVD or a response to my inquiry as to where and when the dvd was shipped.
I would still like to receive the dvd I ordered however the company has not responded to ANY of my requests and has not produced any evidence that they have sent the dvd. I feel I was deceived and I want my money back.

A Refund?

Today Sept 2nd I received a notice from Mike Fry representing Grapplersgym.com Explaining a hardship and an explanation of how he was going to right the wrong that was done to myself.
He assured me a refund will be issued and that as an act of good faith he would ship the video I ordered as well as 2 others.
If all is true and he follows through with what he has stated in his email I would do business with him again. This whole process has been very frustrating. I will update in either 1 week or when Grapplers gym Issues the refund or i receive my video.
