Great American Steak Company Cube Steaks Loaded With Fat And Gristle Internet

I recently purchased a case of Great American Steak Company cubed steaks, i put several packages of them in a large crock pot to make beef stew for canning, when it was done cooking i removed some pieces and was horrified to discove that they were mostly fat and gristle with a verry little bit of meat attached, it appeared as if the useless leftovers from the butchers table were run through a grinder to disguise the fat and gristle content, attempting to eat some confirmed my suspicions gristle and fat unchewably chewy..what a ripoff. I believe that the term "steak'' is a clear reference to "sliced meat, not leftover carcass fit for dogfood and buzzards.
