I recently spent over $2200 on laminate flooring. My wife and I liked it so much we decided to do more rooms. So I ordered another $500 worth of the flooring. While waiting for the order to arrive I discovered the company had a website. On the site was a 10% discount coupon. The salesman never mentioned they had a website with discount coupons.
When I went to pay for the second order of $500 I asked the agent "Bob", to take off the 10%. He refused. That is false advertising. I tried filing a complaint on the company website, but there is an error in the posting script. It will not work. I want the 10% discount as advertised on the website for the second purchase of approx $500.

After filing a complaint on ripoff.com and the better business bureau, I received a call from the store owner. He apologized. Said the salesman should have called him. He issued the credit for the discount coupons. Problems resolved.
