I ordered 2 bottles of hemp oil for $1.00 each, they charged me $4.97 a bottle for shipping. Then they sent me 2 more bottles and charged me $89.97 a bottle, I returned them, and called the company saying that it is illegal to take money from someones bank account without their permission. I could not understand what they were saying, I asked to talk to someone in charge, and I could not understand her either? I canceled the account. I told them I send the 2 bottles back (the ones they charged me $89.97 for) and I wanted my money back, they told me that it was against their policy to refund money, I said the oils made me sick and I want my money back. Then about 2 weeks later I got my bank statement and the went into my bank account and withdrew$94.94 twice and I never received anything ,nothing at all. I called my bank and made out a report of what they did. I have not heard from them yet.
