Green Labs NourishLife; Fulfillment Center GLO Charged my credit card almost $200 in a ripoff scam Crown Point Indiana

I suffer from chronic pain, and one night in February when I couldn't sleep, I saw an online add for a free bottle of CBD hemp oil. I used my credit card to pay shipping charges of $4.97. The next month, my credit card was charged $89.97. When I called to complain, they alleged that I "never canceled," but I never agreed to any such terms. They agreed to refund my credit card, but only did so for $44.98. Within days, they sent another completely unwanted, never-ordered bottle and charged me $94.94. I called again and complained and they are supposed to refund my credit card for 75% of the cost.Why they arbitrarily choose these percentages for refund is unclear. I have no assurances that they even will.

It should be noted that they never informed me of the ongoing charges or told me about any cancelation period, which is how I'm sure they rip people off. The address listed is in Crown Point, IN, yet the zip code it was mailed from is 93012, which is Camarillo, CA. The company listed on my credit card statement is "NourishLife," the company they advertise is "Green Labs" and the address label reads "Fulfillment Center GLO." The customer service people are all foreign. It's obvious that this is a multi-state scam, perhaps international. This is the most reprehensible company with which I have ever dealt. What a racket, profiting off of people's suffering.

I am very interested in becoming a plaintiff in a class action lawsuit against these fraudsters.
