GreenTree Financial Group contacted me in March 2014 to offer a restructer of my loan modification.  According to them I quailified for a TARP federal grant for $1,500 which helped my closing cost come down to $2,300 in which I borrowed from my poor mother and paid to Greetree on June 16, 2014.  I submitted all of the financial paperwork they required.  After three months they called back looking for the past three months of bank statements.  So I gave them bank statements for March, April, June, July, plus copies of my homeowners insurance and property tax in which I submitted and the US Postal Service Express mail to Greentree, Larry Bell, 50000 Birch Street Suite #3000, Newport Beach, CA and the package was tracked and delivered on August 12 and signed by Greentree A. Baria.  Then in October, Gia Lugo from Greentree called looking for the paperwork which was delivered in August and apparently lost by thier company.  They called looking for it and once I told them it was delivered and sign by thier company and now nobody from this company will return my email with come back mail reciepient undelivered and all of their phone numbers are disconnected exept Gia Lugo and I have left ten messages with her and no answer.  Now in addition to lossing $2,300 I am concerned about identity theft since they have all of my personal information.,  They also may have confiscated the $1,050 TARP Grant money. I am calling the FBI and filing a report. against ....
