Greenway Van Lines Statewide van Lines GREENWAY VAN LINE IS A FRAUDULENT FRONT FOR STATEWAY VAN LINES. Houston, Texas

On October 10 2012, I was caught in a web of fraudulent moving enterprices which are one and the same group of people. I contacted a company called Statewide Vaqn lines to move my goods from Houston Texas, I send an evaluation of my goods with 7 pictures that clearly showed the good in the warehouse room  with all items in display. statewide van lines gave me a contract to move the material I signed the contract clearly stipulating alln the terma and the cost.

   Two days later, Statewide called me and said their driver will be there to pick my goods up. When the driver showed up it was a company called Greeway van lines. They told my wife they were actually statewide even though their van label says "Greenway"

   Anyway they picked up the goods, they left 6 items behind stating that the items exceeded the space negotiated in my contract. They alswo requested my wife to pay them $100 in addition for "Overcharge" , which she paid. She also signed a piece of paper supposedly as a release "in case we are checked by" POLICE" during transportation.

Three weeks later I got a call that our goods were ready to be delivered except there is a problem. Greeway Van lines , who now says they do not have anything to do with Statewide van lines says I owe them an aqdditional  $3,100.00 over and above the contracted amount. greenway van lines want the money in cash right before delivery. I could not afford it , so as of the time of writing, Novemver 14, 2012, I still do not have my goods.

Ssince then, Greenway has threatened to auction my goods if i do not paY UP. Greenway has faxed to me papers to show that my w2ife signed a "new" contract with them when they picked it up and they say the Statewide contract do not matter any more.

The problem is all the "New Contract" is actually a forgery in which someone copied my wife's signature on the release form, into all these  new papers. She did not even discuss contract or saw any piece of contract paper while Greenway picked up. We are at a stand off now  and Greenway/Statewide Van lines is still holding my goods. We are forming a class action, or I will like to join one. These scum of the earth should be stopped befor the hurt someoneelse.
