Grout Medic Betty borges Project: Clean & Seal Grout or Tile Betty and her Tech was suppose to finish the job of cleaning, and reseal ALL tile areas in my bathroom. They did not clean the tiles... left a mess every time.  I was totally ripped off. I would not recommend anyone use The Grout Medic as their workmanship was terrible and they were very difficult to deal with. The corporate office would not offer any assistance as they said I had to deal with the franchise owner and hang the phone up. This company has franchises nationwide. Royal Palm Beach Nationwide

 Project: Clean & Seal Grout or Tile Betty and her Tech was suppose to finish the job of cleaning, and reseal ALL tile areas in my bathroom. Tech came 2 days for a couple of hours. I called to get the status of my job and she said she thought it was done. Tech came another day for a hour and then ask if I wanted the tile resealed I said "yes that's what I paid for don't u have the work list?" He said he did not. I spoke to Betty and said she would come that Friday and finish the complete job. She came and a $900 check was given to her. When I came and look at the job it was horrible. The tile the color painted all over on tile and grout with a dirty color. They did not clean the tiles... left a mess every time. She made excuses and said she would come back. I personally knew Betty Trusted her as a friend. If someone would do this to friend I would hate to see what she would do to enemies. I was totally ripped off.
